To provide a comprehensive research development park in Northwest Arkansas, providing knowledge based jobs, facilitating the expansion of the business community, and supplying a national / international clientele with unique, valuable research opportunities.
- Relocate
the laboratory to a research park in Northwest
Arkansas.

Whitbeck
Group will expand its comprehensive laboratory
services in a new state-of-the-art facility
providing:
- Analytical Chemistry testing.
- Microbiological testing.
- Ancillary testing for the U.S. Government
- Testing services for the U.S. Department of
Agriculture
- Substance testing for the U.S. Department of
Homeland Security.
- Independent BSE certification.
- Food
product sensory development and allergy testing.
- Auditorium for scientific and professional
meetings and conferences.
- Develop
Хаρίς Research
Inc. (Charis) as a private research group.
Whitbeck
Group will build secondary, attached buildings with
mobile laboratory equipment for:
- Primary
academic research.
- Applied
research including product development and
equipment demonstration.
- Start-up
incubators for companies requiring laboratory
testing.
- Short-term product and/or presentation
collection, setup and testing, especially for
Wal-Mart vendors.
- Ancillary production capacity; for example "pro-biotics"
fermentation required for poultry feed.
- Administrative support of tenants to include
marketing, accounting, and utilities.
- Pilot
plant to facilitate equipment manufacturers and
researchers.
The
research Park will coordinate and provide technical
support, scientific assistance, and expertise to
firms requiring professional laboratory assistance
and management. This service: "Rent a
Researcher" will:
- Provide
confidentiality, reliability, efficiency, and
streamlined business processes.
- Perform
market analysis, assist in grant procurement,
SBIR assistance and government contracts.
- Develop
a roster of approved, highly competent, trained
researchers.
- Supply
laboratory and infrastructure management.
- Offer
food based sensory and allergy testing
expertise.
- Offer Focus
Group Facilities.
- Oversee
and consult agricultural processing.
The
research park will serve as a gateway to new
technologies from international companies.
- Assess
the technology for validity and viability.
- Set up
new company for validated technology.
- Develop
research cooperation with Third World food /
agricultural groups such as ECHO and Heifer
Project.
